In 2020, Anna made her dream of owning an apartment in Spain come true. Despite the pandemic, she received invaluable help from Niclas and Maria – from area tours on site to N.I.E., power of attorney arranged via a lawyer, and viewings over FaceTime.
“We started looking for a home right in the middle of the pandemic, with everything that meant in terms of face masks, etc. We received invaluable help visiting all the different areas over a few hours, so we could see distances and surroundings with our own eyes – things that are hard to judge online when you don’t know the area. That then made it easier to choose which properties we wanted to view that Niclas had selected based on our wishes.
We didn’t find what we were looking for just then, but with Niclas’ and Maria’s help we got in touch with a law firm to obtain N.I.E. numbers and a power of attorney they could use if we were to find our home while we were back in Sweden. Which we did! Niclas showed us the property over FaceTime and we fell in love immediately!
