A viewing trip is a planned trip to Spain where you get to see homes that match your wishes. You travel down, live comfortably, and receive personal guidance from our Swedish-speaking brokers – without stress or pressure to buy.
Before the trip, we will discuss your wishes: budget, location, type of accommodation and possible timetable. We will then put together a tailor-made viewing programme.
You book your own flight ticket, so you can travel when it suits you. We help you find affordable options and arrange accommodation during your stay.
Over 2–3 days, we will show you homes that match your requirements. We focus on quality over quantity – the goal is to find the right one, not to show you the most.
You also get a chance to see the surrounding area – schools, beaches, restaurants, shops and transport. This is at least as important as the home itself.
We will walk you through the process, costs, legal issues, and answer all your questions. You will receive all the information you need to make an informed decision.
We do not charge for our service during the viewing trip. You are only responsible for your own travel expenses and accommodation – we provide the rest. If you choose to buy through us, parts of the cost can be deducted at the time of purchase.
