Buying a property in Spain should be simple, safe and efficient. How it works – from wish list to shortlist

We start with a short needs analysis where we define your budget, preferred locations and property type. After that, you receive some pre-material: photos, floor plans and a quick area guide.

For the viewing itself, we connect via WhatsApp, Google Meet or Teams – whichever channel suits you best. We move methodically through each room, stop where you want to see more, and complement with entrance, stairwell, street and nearby surroundings. Afterwards, we send you a summary with any recordings, approximate measurements and running costs (such as community fees and IBI), so you can compare properties in peace.
